Dr. Field explained my treatment plan very well. Friendly staff.
The billing process needs to be made customer friendly. I recently received a bill that said it was about 3 months overdue -- it was the first time I received this bill. Further, the bill stated "billing details are not available". When billed I expect to see an accounting of what service it applies to.
That was nice that you changed the music to Tim Janis. That was so cool. Can;t wait for my next dental appt.
As promised, I'm back! I came in today to get the chip in my tooth fixed. I never had anything like that done before so I didn't know what to expect, but the staff are great, and Dr. Fields did an amazing job. You can't even tell my tooth was ever chipped! I definitely suggest checking this place out. I'll be pressuring my friends into having checks ups here with the New Patient Deal.
Clean office, nice people and a prompt start. Three great reasons to come here right off the bat. I did the $140 deal for X-Rays and cleaning and I would recommend it to anyone! In fact I already have. I felt comfortable the whole time, Alejandra was my hygienist and she was great. My X-Rays got done quickly and we moved onto the cleaning.
