I've never had a bad or even mediocre experience at Santa Rosa Dental Group, every time I've been there has been excellent. The entire staff makes it a pleasure whether I need a cleaning, x-rays, or work done.

From the refreshments available in the waiting room, to the exceptional personal service your staff provides, Your office went above and beyond with the service it offered. As a medical office manager since 1998 I strive for my employees to set the tone of the office exactly as yours did. You should be happy I am not hiring because I would gladly try and steal any one of them.

From the drinks available in the waiting area, to the staff immediately addressing me and offering me service, I was outstandingly impressed. Your employees do a way above average job of personalizing the entire experience. As a medical office manager for the past 15 years I would gladly attempt to steal any member of the staff I worked with for my office (you should be happy we are not currently hiring).
