I had a wonderful experience here. Jim was very responsive and easy to work with, despite their busy schedule my car was repaired in a very timely manner and looks perfect. So thankful we have such a great option locally! 10/10 recommend!

I have had occasion to use Jim and his crew on several different projects, from fiberglass repair on a Corvette, to a pickup side on a Dodge pickup, to dents, dings, scrapes, and I have always gotten my vehicles back in a timely manner, and looking great! Other places have taken months, and were a pain to deal with, from mistakes during the repairs, to inflated costs, or surprises on the bill - I have never had that happen with Santa Rosa. They will have my business for as long as their doors are open!
Jim and Kelly are great people...I've known them both for a while(bout 10yrs)...and I have sent many people to Santa Rosa Collision and all have been very happy with the results!
