I submitted several work orders specifying to call me before entering my residence and it has never happened. What does happen is someone random shows up at my door with no name tag several times saying they there to honor my work order. I don't see the point of being specific if their not going to read the work order. I've been here 4 years and it's unfortunate I feel this way.
