The manager Ben treats people very rude and he's very closed minded. I truly believe he's prejudice toward Mexican people. I've lived here for a year and a half. The front office is AWFUL at responding to questions and concerns. Pools are constantly closed because residents can't follow simple rules. Internet is terrible, I have a 500mb plan with Cox and I get very frequent drop outs (sometimes it's fine for a week with no issues, other times it'll drop every 3 minutes). Some residents aren't great at parking, my car was hit once while parked in my spot. The one good thing is the service department, while response times aren't amazing right now ... read more

We have lived in the South Bay area (Chula Vista/National City) for over 25 years, and this has been the worst experience in our apartment rental history. It started out bad right from the start with the Assistant Manager/Leasing person giving us incomplete information regarding the utilities, she said 70-80 dlls for 3 people, when it ended up being 150 dollars monthly. There is constant maintenance (nothing that has made my apartment nicer) making it impossible to work from home due to the noise. Management is rude and not helpful, does not give any notice when maintenance will be happening. The apartments are out of date,small and overpriced. I hate living here and am counting the days until I can move out

so they are refusing to let maintenance come in to fix my fridge. Yet demanding entry to replace lightbulbs that do not need it. This place has gotten awful over the past couple of years.
