Well after just being told I pay 2 thousand dollars a month to live here and my children now cannot ride their bicycles on the sidewalks or play with balls or toys outside I honestly don’t know what to say about such a trash facility. The email I have received is RUDE and this place is NOT a family environment. The procedures I just received are similar to those of nursing homes I have worked at. One star until this place starts enforcing some of the damn rules! Examples: tow vehicles without permits so the actual listed renters with permits can park, hire someone to enforce not piling furniture in the dumpster areas (last week was a sectional couch, before that was a piano, etc), that same person can enforce people picking up their dogs crap (so I don't have to get dirty looks for yelling at people), and I'm pretty sure there is a guy who sells drugs in the turn around at the Prielipp gate. I live here. The pool is nice and I like my apartment and the computer room. The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. They really make you feel welcome. So 5 stars for the staff. But there are some creepy people who live here and come out at night and look in your windows and we've heard people talking about drugs... and people let their dogs come over and go to the bathroom in the grass right outside my apartment, and they never pick it up.
