The 5 stars is for Jaime & Orlando. They addressed my concerns immediately. They were open and communication was great. They did great fixing everything. The previous maintenance person, was unprofessional with the way he communicated with me. After dealing with lots of back and forth with the apps and the team in the office, Gabrielle and Abraham were the only ones who showed concerns and were very helpful with the things going on. Huge shoutout to the team for getting my husband and me new access fobs so quickly! Angelica and Gabrielle were absolutely amazing, friendly, accommodating, and incredibly fast in helping us. They made the whole process effortless, and we truly appreciate how responsive they were. A big thank you as well to the maintenance team for all of their hard work. We’re so grateful for such an awesome team!
Avoid at all costs! The apartments themselves are well designed but other than that, this place is terrible. My family and I lived there for two years and it went from decent to terrible in addition to getting more and more expensive. Here’s a short list of issues we had there: Severe domestic violence incident outside my apartment. Called 911 myself. Wan yelling in the middle of the night. Called 911. Stolen bike from patio. Recovered from another tenant. Broken sink faucet due to rust Broken AC for 3 weeks after moving in.... read more
Loved living here! I had questions about my move out charges, and Taylor in the office was super helpful and informative.
Santa palmia Team is very co-operative and quick in resolving the issues. Especially Taylor Robinson was pro-active in helping from minor to major problems for us. Really peaceful to live as the things gets done for you!
