Santa Palmia is back at it again. In today’s addition of I can’t wait to get out of my lease, a tow truck tried to tow my car with me inside! Mind you IM A RESIDENT THAT PAYS MONTHLY FOR PARKING! They are the absolute worst! The only kind staff here are the maintenance people who come for repairs they are the absolute best! Always there to help and with a smile and pleasant attitude! This place is horrible. Mail break ins every 2 to 3 weeks. Office does nothing. Neighbors have surround sound and office does absolutely nothing after complaining. Parking is unsafe and horrible as well. You have to try and find additional parking around the park.

Terrible Experience with Santa Palmia Leasing Office I've been living at Santa Palmia at Palm Valley and unfortunately, my experience — and that of many other residents — has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It often feels like residents are treated as a nuisance rather than as valued tenants. 🚨 UPDATE: Resolution After Pushing Back 🚨 After a strongly worded conversation with management and providing photo evidence, I was able to get the cleaning fee refunded. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, I did not enjoy having to fight to get what was fair. This should not be the standard experience for residents.
