I lived here for 2 years. Apartment is great in a nice location. The maintenance team is great, but the community relations team is terrible. They will not respond to simple instructions almost like they forgot they are charging a premium apartment rate for premium service???? Owners please sort this issue out it’s a shame to have almost such a nice place be ruined by one department
I want to thank Orlando Guzman from the maintenance team for his quick and professional service. He responded right away to fix a leak in my apartment and did an excellent job. Orlando was polite, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I really appreciate the great work and attention to detail! Thanks
I and my son applied for this poor management apartment..they did hard credit check.. after that my credit score came down ( 790) .. since also I want to buy a house…and with very vague resin.. why I have three different phones numbers .. since I was in different states… I’m happy I’m I didn’t go there ..
I lived here for 2 years…RENTERS BEWARE. The maintained team is great, but the community relations team was terrible from beginning to end. Unresponsive, cold, and does not care about the residents. Upon move out, I had the place professionally cleaned and they still tried to charge me over $300 for it. They also are fraudulently attempting to charge me for paint which under California law is illegal when you’ve lived there for 2 years or more. Santa Palmia is back at it again. In today’s addition of I can’t wait to get out of my lease, a tow truck tried to tow my car with me inside! Mind you IM A RESIDENT THAT PAYS MONTHLY FOR PARKING! They are the absolute worst! The only kind staff here are the maintenance people who come for repairs they are the absolute best! Always there to help and with a smile and pleasant attitude!
