I first discovered Santa Monica Wellness about a year ago. I have very bad year-round allergies and was eager to find a better way to manage them. My health and general wellbeing have improved dramatically over the past twelve months. Lauren is a skilled professional with a real gift for listening and for working with the body. She has been a real anchor and compass for me. I can be quite sensitive to treatments, and I have never felt overstimulated or overwhelmed by one at Santa Monica Wellness. Lauren’s work is healing work. I suppose that’s everyone’s goal when they start a practice such as this, but Lauren truly heals. She is simply the most cogent listener and acupuncturist I’ve ever seen. I’ve severe cervical issues. Her needles and cupping have helped me avoid surgery now for over a year. I love Lauren’s treatments! I always go into a floaty trance during our sessions and leave feeling amazing. She’s helped me interpret results from a few different functional medicine tests and come up with a plan to get all my concerns under control. Highly recommend her!
Lauren is INCREDIBLE. Healed every health issue I encountered for many years when I lived in LA. I am pretty confident she can fix anything. Fun and super smart. Very peaceful atmosphere.
