Best studio in my opinion that exists. I truly have had so much fun here and so many eye opening experiences.
I think the first time I took Bryans class was about 27 or 28 years ago. He’s an amazing soul and teacher and truly the Forefather of Power yoga! He was one of the originasl before yoga became en Vogue. There are a few of those teachers who are still around and will always hold a spot in my heart for my early days of teaching, practicing & studying. So glad they are all still Trucking’. You know who you are!!!!
I watched Bryans videos for a couple of years before i had actually came to this studio in 2003. Im somewhat addicted and keep returning! All teachers are excellent and give good yoga!
Anaswara rocks! Intense vinyasa flow with abs,great music and her presence is beautiful and strong.
Great yoga studio and guess what ?!?! I'm starting to teach here every Sunday 7:30-8:30am come to see and practice with me #warriorjuanyogabjj , strong practice focus on breath, alignment and movements. All levels are welcome.
