If there was a zero star this dealer would get it. Earlier in the week I made an appointment to look at a used Audi S4 on the lot on Saturday morning as I had to drive up from San Diego. At the dealer now and car is still in the shop on a rack and they can't get it. So you would think even though I was in contact with the sales manager Sam every day he would think to make sure the car was ready or at least let me know it was delayed. Nope so I just wasted literally 5 hours of my time for nothing. Very disappointed
