Avoid if you can!!! The property is 51 years old. The pool is always locked, and the washer and dryer are broken most of the time. The property manager is rarely reachable, and the rent is increased to the maximum allowed limit every year, or sometimes every six months. There is no community space, no kids' area, and no other basic amenities that are typically included with other apartments for the same rental amount in nearby areas.
