The little kids here that play outside are getting out of hand. Always stealing my fruits in my patio garden. Recently 2 of them hopped over and came into my apartment. Breaking in!! Luckily my mother was home and scared them away. Otherwise they probably would have taken my dogs and my electronics. One was a 14yr old boy and the other was a 9 yr old girl. I don't feel like my apartment is safe anymore . Not to mention the constant mold growing.

We had a lot of questions about renewing our lease, but Gina in the resident services office was very patient and helpful! She answered all our questions and guided us through the process.
I loved it. I stayed in here for two years and I loved every single day of it. People were very friendly specially the new manager and Norma and Deepak. I mean they’re awesome. They made it like a heaven for me I’m so I was so happy and I’m so happy to see him again and it was. It was awesome experience. I never rented somewhere that be this wonderful thank you thank you guys thank you Santa Maria. Thank you Deepak. Thank you Norma. Thanks a lot bye-bye
