Santa Maria is such beautiful community to live in. I really appreciate the simplicity of the self guided tours with the Irvine company. We were able to view various apartments in the area in the span of a few hours. After applying we were approved in less than 24 hours . The representatives were all very helpful over the phone, but the one representative that stood out was Gina. The service manager and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. I had some things taken care of at the house. They did a great job very respectful and great people. Very happy to be living here.

Update: Things have progressively declined since the residential office closed and management from Santa Rosa Apartments took over managing the Santa Maria property. There is effectively no on-site management anymore. The two properties have completely different layouts and functionality, yet they are trying to manage them as if they are identical.
