As a customer service representative, Gina's performance is disappointing and needs significant improvement. When customers call for help, it's expected that she gets up and looks for answers instead of implying she doesn't know everything. This approach does not solve our problems and only adds to our frustration. friendly, quiet, and clean !
Update: the Irvine company decided to restructure and remove the leasing office from property. Which means the service we once had is completely gone. Vendors are doing work with no notification to residents. Rent continues to increase while they continue to remove things from the property. If it wasn’t for the school we would be leaving. The company also uses single pane windows so you literally hear EVERYTHING. They will not do double pane windows unless there are enough complaints.
