Update: Things have progressively declined since the residential office closed and management from Santa Rosa Apartments took over managing the Santa Maria property. There is effectively no on-site management anymore. The two properties have completely different layouts and functionality, yet they are trying to manage them as if they are identical. The little kids here that play outside are getting out of hand. Always stealing my fruits in my patio garden. Recently 2 of them hopped over and came into my apartment. Breaking in!! Luckily my mother was home and scared them away. Otherwise they probably would have taken my dogs and my electronics. One was a 14yr old boy and the other was a 9 yr old girl. I don't feel like my apartment is safe anymore . Not to mention the constant mold growing.
