The staffs are very nice and professional. They greeted me warmly, bring me to the treatment room right away. The service is proficient and courteous. Had a great experience overall!

We signed up for SMDG through Anthem Dental HMO and a family member needed multiple fillings. SMDG was able to accommodate the schedule and we trust that they did competent work. However, we were grossly overcharged (more than 4x) based on the insurance coverage and filed a grievance with Anthem. Anthem determined the grievance was valid and asked SMDG to refund us and they refused, so Anthem is refunding us.
