Johnny is a great guy. Takes good care of us when we come in. He remembers who I am and is always friendly. . Expedites quickly, easy peasy. FYI, I've read that these agencies get very little compensation from the state for all the work they do. This agency used to be a family business, but I think it's mostly all on Johnny now. How about we act like decent folks when we're hurrying in and wanting something done? Wouldn’t hurt
I’ve been there today to get my driver’s license renewed. The male employee was already helping someone. The female employee didn’t even acknowledge me although she wasn’t doing anything and I was the only other customer there. Then they started getting more customers and she finger pointing at me to approach the desk!!!!When she took my picture and handed me a form to fill out, she didn’t even wait to complete the process and left , so I had to ask the other employee for my license!!!!!!!! I will never go back!!!
I’ve used this agency for awhile. I’ve been pleased in the past. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have a full staff anymore. They only have one employee and the wait is much longer. I’m looking for a better option. I would appreciate suggestions.
Every time I've been in this tag agency the employees were very rude and short. It could have been bad day both times I've been in there but I won't be back.
Been going here for 20 plus years. Good service and good people.
Service was great. I was not happy about the credit card/debit card fees. I paid with a debt card but was charged the percentage instead of the debit card fee($3.95) which was almost $10 difference.
Nothing but great experiences there .... never encountered more than a 5 minute wait (where I used to go in another location in OK averaged a 60 minute wait anytime you showed up!)
Best tag agency in Edmund! Fast friendly service. I highly recommend them for all of your tag, title and licensing needs!
