I just completed my first Theta Chamber session at Santa Fe Soul. It was a thirty minute immersion into light, music, and meditation. It provided me with a deeply relaxing experience. I realize this modality is about reshaping our neural responses and pathways...My body was spinning in the theta chamber though I barely was aware of it. Kudos to dr. Robyn Benson for her efforts at providing us older folks ways to experience become younger again.

The environment at Santa Fe Soul is so peaceful and caring. I had the most amazing and relaxing facial from Suzanne. She has a wonderful touch that is nurturing and relaxing. Her knowledge of her products and what was best for my sensitive skin was so helpful, and she gave me excellent advise and tips to do at home to maintain the fabulous glow I had when I left.
