Great place to live The building is absolutely beautiful and always kept super clean. They really care about cleanliness and make sure everything is good. I truly feel safe and secure living here. Our building manager, Ronella, is simply amazing - she's kind, sweet, and always helpful. She really makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. My son Fred and I loved living here. It was quiet, clean and Ronella was always available to answer any questions we had. Very courteous and professional! Recommend these apartments very highly!
I lived here for more than 1 year and have ZERO complaints whatsoever: Special shout out to Ronela, property management she was always very helpful and proactive to any maintenance request we had. Very attentive and proactive with affable personality, No one single cockroache seen, very peaceful apartment buidling and community, extremely well taken care property, private gated community with assigned parking spaces and clean sparkling swimming pool. I would give a 10star review but theres only 5max. Thanks Ronela!
I’ve been a renter since May 2020 and have had nonstop problems with this company. • My kitchen sink stopped up and overflowed with dirt and plants in it which ended up draining downstairs to my bedroom, causing water damage all over my wall. • My parking spot is directly over the sewage drainage and it has overflowed on six different occasions to where I was unable to get into my car due to literal shit floating in the water. • There has been three different managers in this amount of time and none of them seem capable to d... read more
