I rented with Santa Fe Management for 4 years, Kathie Stein, as my direct contact. I never had an issue until the end of my 4 years. So, the minute I had a problem, they baled. I had a toxic mold problem that was never taken seriously. I traced it back to a huge leak we had a few years prior that wasn’t “found” and just painted over. I have been living at 16251 (a property managed by Santa Fe Mgmt.) for 5 years now. I have had nothing but the best experience with the management company, and the property’s manager, Ronela. Whenever I’ve needed something fixed, or had an issue, she has been quick and efficient at communicating with me and resolving said issue. Lived here for over a year, and honestly if it wasn’t for my work commute to Santa Monica, I would not have left this place. Property is very well kept and clean. The Property Manager, Ronela, is very attentive, responsive, and helpful with everything. She was great since the moment I started my application to the moment I left (literally left yesterday). I’m sad to leave because I had a pleasant year here. Definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is quiet and neighbors are friendly but the manager Ronela is rude and obnoxious. She harass tenants for rent every first of the month and visually observed snooping tenants cars.
