Horrible customer service. The last 3 times I've been there, they have missed many places on the outside of the car when wiping it down and many inside also. When I brought it to managers attention, he just apologises and walks away. They left black marks on the dashboard. When they came off, I was told that it wasn't their fault. I know I never wipe down the dashboard and they weren't there when I got there, so where did they come from? Manager is very curt and rude. I will never go there again.

Been a customer for a while...asked for a handwax for $39.99 and 35 minutes later I walked to my truck and had a leather conditioning instead. Proceeded to tell the guy who appears to be in charge and who spoke perfect English that I specifically asked for handwax and he said no, you wanted leather conditioning, NO I DID NOT. He didn’t budge or offer an apology. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Won’t go back!
Was waiting in line in this hot weather , guy that writes down the services gave me the worst customer service , been coming here for years always getting details and recommending everyone, he accused me of cutting the line with my car, I was so confused , kept letting me I did all rude and threw the paper on my dash and walked away never egain will I come back
They got off all the dirt and grime the other places I've taken my car to couldn't, left a tip in the box for sure. Friendly and fast! Will return for my full detail next month!
Love this place! Always tip well bc they do a great job! Been coming here for three years now, since I moved out to this area from Chicago. Won't go anywhere else!
