I would recommend living here. The staff is great and will help you with anything. We had an issue with a leak when we moved in and maintenance came out after hours to take care if it! Any time we have an issue at Santa Fe, we just drop on in and things get taken care of. It’s an awesome place to stay without breaking the bank!!! Plus, the year round pool and hot tubs are awesome!!! It's close to everything. Apartments are old, but okay. Walls are really thin, you can hear you neighbors conversations. Staff is nice, but move out is aweful!! They always take your deposit and you are lucky if you do not get charge more for the upgrades that they want to put in to the apartment. There is no normal wear and tear, you are charged for everything and then some! We took great care of our apartment and it was very clean when we left. They took our $175 deposit and charged us $300 on top of that. The move out team is rude and say that the... read more
