RecommendedThe entire staff is great and Dr Karter Neal did the surgery on Maple's Luxating Patella. It has been 10 days since she had the surgery and she had her post-op follow up today. She had her stitches removed and is healing very well !!! She will have her other leg repaired next year. Super happy with this Vet Clinic !!!!
I cannot believe they shaved off half of my husky's coat off when she got spayed! Mal practice for sure, if the doctor doesn't have control over the technicians, who does?????

Care! About their patients! Spent $200 for x-ray & meds that didn't help. While they are low cost, they are also low on customer service #BadCustomerService #NOcareForPatient #EspeciallyatChristmas #HorribleVeternarian I usually only give good reviews, but this place needs some education on compassion, customer/patient relations, & listening skills (i.e., not interrupting the caller & actually Hearing what is being said). #SantaCruzVeternaryTucsonEpicallyHORRIBLE

RecommendedI am very fortunate to have met the office manager Rose Rice. We crossed paths trying to catch a homeless dog, who I now have, and she also helped me catch another dog that was dumped at a gas station. She is a trooper and truly loves the animals. Her heart is in the right place and she shows it in her work. The Santa Cruz Clinic is also fortunate to have her on the staff. I had an appt today and the staff and her got me in an out in no time. Santa Cruz Veterinary Clinic saved my son’s pup! At just 1 year 7 month’s and a $549 Emergency Vet bill we discovered this curious pup had ingested 6 rocks and needed surgery to remove them. The estimate given was between $2500-$4500. There was no way we could afford that! My son suffers from depression and losing his companion would be devastating.
