I went for a contact/ eye glasses exam. Dr. Steward gave me my prescription which was incredibly very strong. I thought my eye sight was worsening so that same month I saw a different eye doctor and my prescription had not changed the way Dr. Steward had treated me. The prescription she gave me was harmful for my eyesight and the contacts she prescribed were caused migraines. I used to love coming to Costco optometry but I will not be going back if the prescription they give will be detrimental to my long term eyesight

I had an eye exam, and it went not to bad I want all Cosco members to know that they are entitled to a free eye exam once a year, but the company doesn't tell anyone about it because they want people to pay for the appointment. The optical shop's custom eyewear service is so slow that you could easily end up sitting there for half the day! They have a few...

This was the worst optometrist experience I have ever had. Santa Cruz eye care is an independent contractor inside Costco and has very bad customer service. From appointment scheduling to the in office experience, you are rushed and snapped at. Signs posted everywhere to not get mad at their employees. I quickly realized the signage was because people must freak out at them all the time. Not the service I would expect from a business affiliated with Costco.

I've been coming here for years. It's incredibly convenient since I'm already a Costco member. I've gotten both eyeglasses and contact lenses here, and the customer service has always been excellent. A special shoutout to Jordan and Cindy at the front desk for their friendly and helpful service. The doctor is great as well—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Overall, a consistently positive experience. Highly recommend this eye care center to anyone looking for quality service and conveniene.
