The hygienists and dentists here are WONDERFUL with kids. The office has murals on all of the walls, they get prizes, there are TVs to distract them in the ceiling - even the smallest kid will do well. They also don't pressure the kids to go beyond what they are able, hoping to set-up a lifelong positive dental experience!
At first my child was very scared and hesitant. He was panicky worried that the dentist was gonna hurt him. As soon as we walked in the staff were very friendly and the nurse and doctor were very friendly and gentle. The were very kind and described every thing to my child in detail among then feel comfortable and safe. Best dentist I've seen and been to. Would recommend everyone to take their children here.
Best dentist ever. My child felt safe even though she felt very scared and worried it would hurt. Staff were very detailed and explained to my child every action making her feel safe. Thank you for your kind words and work. Overall best ever
The dentists, hygienists, and staff here are fantastic. My son has had excellent care each visit and great service from the front desk staff. When he had to go under general anesthesia I was terrified and they made a very difficult experience (for the parents) much better with their step by step information and warm demeanor.
Friendly staff , nice office
We talk a lot at home about going to the dentist as the appointment gets closer. My daughter has only been to the dentist twice now. She is excited and looks forward to all the goodies she takes home. The staff are friendly, professional and GREAT at making kids feel safe. I appreciate this office and all who are apart at making it run so successfully. I am a teacher. Working with kids has its challenges. These people know what they are doing and they donit well.
The staff is wonderful at Santa Cruz Children's Dental Group and my children feel very comfortable and enjoy the visits. I would recommend this office to any parent I know. Thank you!
We brought our 4yo child to Dr Joe on the recommendation of a friend. Dr Joe was not pushy about treatment, we felt we had space to weigh options/risks/benefits. When treatment day came, Dr Joe and his assistant were kind and efficient - got everything done in one go, without trauma to our inexperienced little one. We are so pleased.
I like my dentist because they have great service and it's beautiful and they have a place so in case you forget to brush your teeth at home you can wash them there and when they check out your teeth you get to watch a movie and after you get a prize😁👍
