We were on vacation in Santa Cruz when our 6 year old needed an urgent visit to the dentist. They fit us in on a Saturday, did X-rays, prescribed an antibiotic for an infection. The office is immaculate and the staff is incredibly kind and professional.
The whole staff is always professional and friendly. That tells me the staff is very happy to work there!
We bring both our daughters here (ages 5 & 2). They look forward to coming to their dental visits. I’m so glad my co-worker referred us here. ~Brenda Mena
We had a easy and pleasant experience! The staff is very good at what they do and are all extremely kind. It is such a great place that my four year old son didn’t want to leave! Overall it is a great dental office for children.
We loved this place ! Great cleaning, super friendly and the decor was beautiful. both kids did great for their first dentist appointments. The diagnosis on my older sons teeth was a bit of a laundry list of things that need to be fixed. Going back for a more basic care/ less aggressive approach. Hoping the list and bill won’t be as shocking the next time. We want to stay with this dentist so hoping there is a way to take care of my sons needs while being cost effective.
Not only is the new location amazing compared to the old building but Dr. Shoemaker and her entire staff were so great with my 5 year old daughter who has such anxiety about going to the dentist. They were friendly and helpful the entire appointment while my daughter watched a movie on one of their ceiling mounted flat screen TVs and went above and beyond to schedule her as soon as possible when we found out that serious dental work needed to be done. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor, was such a wonderful experience for Rizal. Everyone was welcoming and sensitive to Rizal's needs.
Everyone at Santa Cruz Children's Dental cheerfully accommodates my son's special needs. Maria who cleans his teeth is our angel, and all of the dentists are great. Thank you, Santa Cruz Children's Dental!
I like that my dentist has its own area to brush your teeth and they give you a lollypop shapped like a tooth😀😀
