I’ve been trying to speak to someone in my doctors office for 45 minutes to tell them something might be wrong and get some medical advice. I’ve been told three times that the nurses haven’t come in for the day yet (it’s 9:30 and was initially told they’d be in at 8:30) and have been on hold altogether for almost half an hour. There’s no hotline, no other number to call, and no way to call my doctor directly. The quality of care here is appalling and terrifying.

Professional from start to finish, no wait, greeted as soon as I arrived. Medical technicians and radiolgy department professional and efficient. PA explained my condition thoroughly, excellent bedside manner, never felt rushed even though I know they're on a tight schedule. Offered several options for rehabilitation of my injury. I couldn't ask for a better medical experience. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t matter is your on time you always end up waiting 30 minutes to see the doctor, sometimes it can be longer Check-in the people are very flat. It comes across as snotty. It's like your interrupting them
