Dr. Allen seems very competent, communicates well and is easy to work with. Excellent care on his part. Staff is excellent as well ,very friendly and polite and kept me aware of everything that was going on.
If you are afraid of the dentist, don't be just come here. Staff always courteous, the gals that do the cleanings are so gentle and Amazing. Sometimes I almost doze off in the chair during my cleaning. Plus all the dentists are incredibly gentle a well, Love Love Love Dr Smudde and Staff.
Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. I particularly was impressed with Dr. Cho yesterday. I had complained on 3 separate visits that I had pain on the lower right side of my mouth. Each time, the dentist checked it out and looked at my X-rays, but couldn't find anything wrong. Yesterday I made the same complaint, and Dr. Cho had a new X-ray taken which DID show something that needs to be corrected. Great experience on a difficult visit. An unexpected root canal was made easy.
The staff is friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful. Dr. Smudde uses all the latest equipment to make your visit more comfortable and more efficient. My procedure included 2 fillings and a crown. Dr. Allen Smudde is gentle and considerate with regards to your comfort and the results of the procedures were more than satisfactory. He is the best dentist I have ever had.
Theresa and Dr. Sharon were gentle, no casualties.
Erin took such good care of me! She was educating me as she was working. She is very compassionate and complete. The entire office takes pride in what they do as individuals and as a team. it was a pleasure to go to the dentist.
