Facility areas I was in were nicely clean. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful to patients & work well with each other in a team environment. New patients require alot of xrays, etc; therefore it is recommended to allow staff to provide excellent care to these patients & avoid too many interruptions by other team members. Not all of the staff are as efficient as others nor are they as comfortable with software. Insurance explanations (or not)and pay out of pocket in advance of services to patient-not clear, not timely and not good communication at all.
I had to get fillings today. Dr. Allen Smudde and staff were very friendly and made my visit pleasant. They have a good sense of humor which I really enjoyed.
I really enjoy the staff and the service, I just have a few billing issues
