The staff makes you feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Smudde is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to. I had cleaning done. All of the office staff, including my hygenist were very pleasant. My cleaning was thourough. The hygenist was not too ruff on me.
Until I came to your office a couple of years ago I did a poor job of taking care of my teeth. At 51 y.o. I hated to go to the dentist. I would make appointments and cancel throughout my adult life, sometimes going years between cleanings and checkups. Since I was introduced to your practice I come every 3 months for my appointment without feeling anxious. Thanks to everyone on your staff. Everyone is professional and friendly. Going to the dentist is no longer a chore.
Office is very clean and staff is pleasant. There's hardly ever a wait. Overall, a very nice dental practice with modern equipment and efficient staff.
Your's is one of the best dentist offices that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
I think Dr. Cho is a kind Dentist and not looking to add new fillings to my teeth which I appreciate.
