I am rating this visit below excellent because of the way it started. I was called on Friday to remind me of my appointment on the upcoming Monday, but the message left said my appointment was 20 minutes earlier than I had planned. I called the office and said I know I wouldn't have scheduled my appointment that early because I work. The first response of the office staff was to cancel my appointment and call me when an availability opened up. That was not acceptable to me, I needed that appt and I scheduled the appt. I love this dentists office. Everyone is extremely personable, curteous and efficient. The doctors are excellent and no one gives novacaine better!
Great!!! Went in for a cleaning needed some fillings & they were able to do it right then and there. My favorite dentist!!!
As always my experience yesterday was all positive. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming and most especially so are each of the doctors. It was great to see the big smiles on everyone! And a big thank you to Dr. Allen for such great care and service.
