The whole experience was first class! From the minute you walk in, you are greeted warmly and during the lengthy procedure was kept well informed and comfortable. I would recommend this practice to all.
Dr. Kelly, you are the best! Your husband......not so much. Just kidding. you and your staff were amazing as always.
When was the last time you had fun at the dentists office?! I love the Smudde's! Both dentists are great and the staff calls me by name. Everyone is really good at their jobs and they are all so happy, it's contageous. I always feel wonderful when I'm done. I tell everyone about them.
Dr. Allen seems very competent, communicates well and is easy to work with. Excellent care on his part. Staff is excellent as well ,very friendly and polite and kept me aware of everything that was going on.
If you are afraid of the dentist, don't be just come here. Staff always courteous, the gals that do the cleanings are so gentle and Amazing. Sometimes I almost doze off in the chair during my cleaning. Plus all the dentists are incredibly gentle a well, Love Love Love Dr Smudde and Staff.
Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. I particularly was impressed with Dr. Cho yesterday. I had complained on 3 separate visits that I had pain on the lower right side of my mouth. Each time, the dentist checked it out and looked at my X-rays, but couldn't find anything wrong. Yesterday I made the same complaint, and Dr. Cho had a new X-ray taken which DID show something that needs to be corrected.
