It was a pleasant experience.
Beautiful new building,tasteful,comfortable surroundings with a view,nice location,all the ammenities to make you feel comfortable and welcome like a wonderfully distracting personal flat screened tv above every dental chair, very personable staff,excellent Hygenists, latest technology in dental equipment and great work so far.Offered me snacks and even gave me a Starbucks card(no kidding,I about fell over) I should have switched dental offices sooner! No comparison to the one before.
The staff is pleasant and very willing to accommodate my needs. I have visited several of the hygienists and for the most part like them all. My experience with the dentists are professional and and informative. I have not ever felt pressured to have work done, only given information to make an informative decision. The office is new and a very nice environment I have been with this practice for years and would highly recommend them.
Lisa was superb as my hyginiest! Michelle, Karen & Judy are a great front office team! I recommend all my clients, friends and family to Drs. Allen & Kelly Smudde. Great dental office!!! Also, my implant crown feels just like a natural tooth. Fantastic work!
Dr. Allen & Dr. Kelly have created a dynamic practice together. Not only do they provide the most comprehensive high quality care, but possibly more importantly, they take time in getting to know their patients through genuine interaction. They are worth the 30 mile commute!

I was treated fairly. The asistants were very friendly. I had a good view of the outside. The dentist was also very kind. I pretty much had a good experience.
