New patient. My first visit was very good. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Have scheduled follow ups for Fluoride trays and quarterly cleaning.
Love the office, staff and particularly Erin who always does an amazing job with injections and keeping me from freaking out :-)
Called the office at 10.50am and had an appointment for 11am - good thing I work just across the road. Rosa and Dr. Cho evaluated me and I needed a root canal which was done immediately. Dr. Cho was great - procedure was as painless as a root canal can be and I was out there in about an hour and a half - pain free!
I was sad to learn that my gums are swollen... but that is my doing (or not doing.) My hygienist was great and helped motivate me to be more proactive. I am a dentist dread-er and when I get the reminder immediately want to cancel my appointment for more reasons than I can list. If I have to go, Smudde is the best dentist I have found (and I know I have to go...) I am highly sensitive to cold water and they do a great job making sure not to spray my teeth. I was respectfully treated and would recommend them.

Your email reads ‘if you enjoyed your visit please comment etc’. Shouldn’t you want ALL revewis! You are AWESOME but your email sounds like you doubt your quality of service.
The very best part of the visit for me was that I was asked "Did you have a good weekend? " as opposed to the usual "So, what are your plans for the weekend?" Or "What did you do this weekend"? I am a private person and i dread going to the dentist because I get hit with personal questions from both the hygienist snd the dentist. Some of us really don't like being chatted up like this. Seriously.
