Hello. I came expecting to see Madona who has apparently left the practice. I saw a new hygienist (Netta) who was great. However, I do think it would be appropriate if someone is scheduled for a certain person, that if that person becomes unavailable, the patient should be contacted ahead of time. One of my main concerns about going to such a large practice is that I would not be able to develop a relationship with my hygienist and/or dentist.
