Visiting a dentist has never been a more pleasant experience.
Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful (even the dentists, Ha Ha). When I was younger, I was afraid to go to the dentist because of bad childhood experiences. It's nice that I'm no longer in a panic when I have a dental appointment, and appointments are "on time."
I was surprised at how quickly and painlessly Dr. Allen filled TWO cavities. So nice and easy going.
Dr. Allen is a great dentist and makes my visits enjoyable.

Dr. Allen and Keely Smudde worked diligently as a team when I needed most. I had a terrible tooth ache that required a root canal. When they heard of my plight they made every effort to rush me into the office and immediately correcting the problem. I can't say enough about the office support staff as they were very sensitive to my problem and basically made everything happen. Now I am pain free. Thanks to all. Jon M
Facility areas I was in were nicely clean. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful to patients & work well with each other in a team environment. New patients require alot of xrays, etc; therefore it is recommended to allow staff to provide excellent care to these patients & avoid too many interruptions by other team members. Not all of the staff are as efficient as others nor are they as comfortable with software. So the less tasks given to these types of staff members dealing with new patients the less errors thus allow... read more
