My experience recently and throughout all my visits with Dr. Allen has always been excellent. I have requested many times that I only see Dr. Allen for both the anesthesia and the fillings. Once again I had to personally stop Dr. Kelly from giving me the anesthesia on Monday. Please find a way to communicate my preference to new office staff so that I do not risk offending Dr. Kelly. The hygenist I had this time was much better, I've had her before and she is very friendly and gentle. The one I had on the visit before last was not pleasant.

I was greeted the moment I came in and it took a very short time to get to the back. Erin was great, the cleaning was done with efficiency and professionalism - as well as being friendly and personable! Dr. K was wonderful, too. I hate that I have to come back, but glad that it's going to be this week and we can get the job done.

I made my apt last minute so I was very happy that I could get squeezed in. The lady who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth was absolutely amazing! I've never had bad service there but she was by far the best. She was extremely friendly, kind, and considerate. The doctor who fixed my chipped tooth was also great; very kind and careful with his work, wanted to make sure I was perfectly happy with how it looked. My only complaint would be the receptionists at the front weren't friendly at all as I was paying and leaving.

My 7 year old daughter fell at a birthday party partially knocking out a tooth and I could not reach her regular dentist thru her paging service. A friend recommended Dr Cho and the Smudde's office. When I called at 2:10 on a Sat afternoon, they agreed to stay open to see her even though they were to close at 2. They couldn't have been nicer or more prompt in providing evaluation and care. I will likely be switching dentists to this office as a result. Thank you Dr Cho and the front office lady!

I AM ALWAYS A WRECK WHEN I GO TO A DENTIST FOR THE FIRST TIME. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND DR CHO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS SO I KNOW WHAT I CAN EXPECT WHEN I GO FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
