Appointments are always on time and the hygienists always friendly and gently. Excellent care.
Other than difficulty with appointments (somehow an existing appt got cancelled) service and quality of care are excellent.
The visit was great as usual until I went to the counter. At that time i was informed i had no benefits left for this year due to a crown replacement in January. I was hit with a $150 bill for a cleaning visit. To say i was in shock was an under statement. I had no idea my cleaning wouldn't be covered. I would have cancelled my appt. it seems like there should be some automatic method informing you of benefit status ahead of time. I'm retired on a fixed income.

Great appointment as always. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Went for a cleaning and this is the first time I was seen by Norma, she was amazing very professional yet on a personal level, made sure that I was comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns, a valuable employee.
Staff are always friendly and doctors fully explain treatment plans and options. Lisa the hygienist is superb, but she is retiring. My family is sad to lose her, but happy for her retirement.
