As always the Smudde staff is consistently friendly, warm and welcoming. Excellent service beyond any other dental office I've experience. They fit me right in because of a painful tooth that I feared needed to be pulled. I was so happy to see that Kelly was right there waiting for me to arrive. She did some magic on the tooth which took the intense pain away. The tooth is so much better today but time will tell if I will need a root canal on that tooth, hope not. I have not had work performed yet so I can only comment on the examination, the facility and the staff. Exam was very thorough-- perhaps the most thorough I've ever experienced, and with the latest equipment. Panoramic digital X-ray, photos of each tooth, bite wings... Dr. Kelly Smudde even checked my head and neck area for potential cancers. She went into detail regarding problem areas and various treatment modalities... plusses and minuses of each (keeping the timeframe and cost in view.) She really took her time with me. ... read more
Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful! I had a great experience, especially after my previous dentist.
I didn't visit a dentist for a period of about 10 years and just started with Dr. Smudde's office about 2 years ago. Needless to say they've had to do a lot of serious work to help me (numerous root canals and fillings). They literally make everything painless and I'm no longer scared to visit. I request the same dental hygienist every time (Erin) and she always makes me feel calm and comfortable. Don't change a thing! :)
