I can't believe that my sister reserved a room, paid in advance, and they are overbooked! Waiting in the lobby for going on an hour....no room....no sleep :-( super disappointed! I read multiple reviews and articles and apparently they do this quite often...
This is not because of the employees. They were fantastic. Some of the service items and motel are not up to par. Fridge doesn't work, walls are thin and even when the people next door quieted down we could still hear them, ice machine empty, phones in room kinda worked. Best thing about room was the view of great America and the fireworks At night.
