My sister came in as she was not feeling well (even had to leave school in the morning). After my mom walked several blocks to the doctor's office to get my sis checked, they were sent back home because she did not carry 5 bucks :( My mom offered debit card or even to bring the $ later while my sis was being checked but their policies were clear. I am not sure if this really comes from the doctor, or if it was just the young girl at the front desk acting unprofessionally. Anyways, just thought you should all know.
I am not sure why other reviews would say otherwise but Dr. Damaris Eugenio and her staff are definitely professional and kind. The environment is clean and personal. Dr. Takes time to explain what's going on with baby. Asks about developmental progress and checks for herself. Helps with nutrition needs. Also very flexible with appointments. Whole staff speaks Spanish and English. I walked in as a new mom with my baby and loved the attention. Anyone discrediting this pediatrician simply had a misunderstanding or is mistaken.
This place is TERRIBLE. The customer service and lack of professiolism is disgusting. The doctor is always on vacation so if your child is sick don't plan on being able to bring your child to the dr. I refuse to bring my son here ever again. My son is now sick and I need to bring him to a new pediatrician and they refuse to send over his medical records. To top it off 90% of the staff doesn't speak english! DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I hope they lose all their business and close down. The dr's license is probably not even valid... read more
