By not closing their doors one month after I became a new patient. As I told them at the get go that the reason why I am switching doctors was because the last one made me come in and see her three or four times a year to go over my meds. And it cost me extra money for nothing. Then on top of that. They took forever to refill the perscriptions. Causing me to run out for several days. Now, I have to spend more money, for a new doctor. And it has been 5 days so far, waiting for them to fill a prescription. You guys suck

Waited five months to get in for my routine physical. Doctor decided to not come in, couldn’t reschedule me until another two months. Not impressed, will be looking for another place for my medical care!
I can’t speak for the entire clinic, but my physician (Dr. Nosce) is one of the most amazing, thorough, empathetic, encouraging, and persistent doctors I’ve ever known. I respect her immensely.
Showing up for my 830AM appointment at 821AM. I was informed i needed reschedule. As i was late for my check in time. Having been here for my sons 9AM appointment and not seen till 1030. I did not see the harm in being a few minutes late myself. The staff was rude and unwilling to provide any help of service. Do not take yourself or family here. I really like my Doctor, but I'll be finding a new place for my care. Really disappointing- I went in for an annual exam and to have my prescription refilled. Because it wasn't booked as a "physical" it cost me $160 to sit on the stool in the exam room, have my blood pressure taken and my weight checked. It wasn't my decision to not have the exam/labs run, the Doctor decided it wasn't necessary. But because it wasn't booked properly, I get to pay.
All the providers are caring and put patients needs first. No double booked appointments, so less waiting. Down to earth, good medical practice!
