I went to Dr. Monson for a second opinion on my foot fungus. Her receptionist was rude and cold noting that I was going to be a couple minutes late due to my work in crisis care. I called six months before to make the appointment and verified my insurance. They stated it was a $80 copay and then at the appointment stated I owed $150 because they couldn’t verify my insurance.
