I went to Dr. Monson for a second opinion on my foot fungus. Her receptionist was rude and cold noting that I was going to be a couple minutes late due to my work in crisis care. I called six months before to make the appointment and verified my insurance. They stated it was a $80 copay and then at the appointment stated I owed $150 because they couldn’t verify my insurance. Really unprofessional and rude.
Front desk lady has the warmth of a prison warden. But wait, it gets worse… Melissa Monson said a LOT of words in a condescending manner that didn’t make much sense. She was unknowledgeable about common foot skin problems, said a bunch of unintelligible garbage, and then agreed I would have better luck with an actual dermatologist. She barely looked at my feet, and went straight to recommending orthopedics.
