Very bad experience! I was so glad I was calling for information before really need the service. Can you image when we call 911 and we would be asked to verify insurance first!
Why wait 10 minutes to speak to someone? Then pick up and hang up? 0 stars !
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, if I could give negative stars(like in a time line of positive numbers, zero, negative numbers). I would!
I understand that county-employed social workers and doctors are overworked but this is ridiculous. My psychiatrist barely speaks to me. I have to fight for each and every appointment even though my psychiatrist prescribes myltiple meds that I need to discuss with her. At one point she put me on 3 different antidepressants at the same time, along with mood stabilizers. The max amount of time you will get with ur psychiatrist is 10 min phone calls every few months, and that's only if you're extremely sick. You aren't even all... read more
