Absolutely useless service full of employees whose only goal is to redirect you endlessly without actually offering service of any kind.
Very bad experience! I was so glad I was calling for information before really need the service. Can you image when we call 911 and we would be asked to verify insurance first!
Why wait 10 minutes to speak to someone? Then pick up and hang up? 0 stars !
