Phenomenal! Jamie and Pedro and their team are terrific. We are thrilled with our results. Everyone was wonderful to work with and the job was done professionally and quickly. I can’t thank them enough.
Had Servpro Santa Barbara come To do a cleanup of ventilation system and general after a nearby fire which caused much smoke to get into our home. After about $10,000 charge we come to find they didn’t even replace air filters. The place continues to smell of smoke. Total incompetence in my view.
This company went above and beyond for us! They were staying at our Airbnb after the first hurricane to do work. With hurricane Milton on the way, they went to get plywood and boarded up our house. Milton did some damage, but it was a blessing to have this team at our home. Jaime, John, and their hard working team got the damaged dry wall cut out, treated & dried, moved furniture, pulled up flooring, and cleaned up mounds of debris in our yard all with a pleasant attitude. Their work ethic is commendable!
They use a gigsmart app to hire people for the day. You Bust your butt off for 8 hrs for literally nothing and one person tells you to do something and then someone else tells you to do something else. The manager doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't know how to probably manage a team.
Servpro Santa Barbara gets all the stars from us! We had a water leak in our newly remodeled kitchen. Cabinets, wood floor and walls were all damaged. Adrian was professional and kind as he advised us and got estimates together for our insurance. He kept us informed at all times. Pedro oversaw the work to restore our kitchen to new.
