I moved here one year ago and could not be more pleased with Santa Barbara. The place is well kept up. The management office is very responsive to all questions. The Board has good management and fiscal responsibilty. The neighbors are great and we have wonderful get togethers where I feel like this is my new home! I love the look and feel of the community and you cannot beat the location!
