RecommendedThe apartments are modern and well kept. I lived there 2 years and the place is very secure. I was on 1st floor. Residents were not afraid of leaving items in patios. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are really nice and the staff is making sure everyone is safe during covid. This complex is great for families and pet lovers.

Just moved a week ago. I am in a second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it's big and comfortable, in good conditions. Arlene has been super kind and helpful with everything, thank you so much Arlene. Patricia have also help me out and she is very nice as well. I already required some help from maintenance and they came fast and solved my problems. So far I am very happy. I am not a resident. I had been discussing a potential move-in for the end of June. The assistant assured me that I would be taken care of as long as I completed an application and submitted my ID and proof of income. My application was approved a week and a half later! The assistant emailed me asking what type of apartment I wanted, even though we had already thoroughly discussed these details via phone and email beforehand. My first apartment, had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The complex and my apartment were really nice cosmetically and very well taken care of. Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Unfortunately just like most multi level apartments, they are very noisy. You can hear almost everything from whatever apartment is neighboring you.
