Well I finally switched my primary care from the VA Los Angeles, to the VA Clinic in Santa Ana. I found the staff receptively warm and polite. It's was nice to not feel the negative energy in the workers and in the atmosphere. I found the Doctor I've been assigned to warm, easy to speak with and most important she was listening, instead of rushing me out the door. I'm glad I relocated to this Clinic so far.
The staff was friendly and even though we were two hours late they still saw my client!!!
