The staff at Sante Plus Medical Center was very kind and welcoming when I visited the office. Howevere, I am very concerned about the referral process. I was informed that referrals must wait for approval from a medical director. Because the medical director was unavailable, my referral was not sent in time, and I lost my appointment with the spine specialist. My appointment had to be rescheduled for August 4. The girl at the front office was amazing. Knows what shes doing. Dr. Sanchez made me feel very comfortable and handled my issues with ease. I won't hesitate to return and reccomend them to everyone for all their needs.
Staff openly talks bad patients medical issues, also lack of proper patient care. They seriously need replace front office and call center. Ive never seen something like this.
