Just don’t understand why they are closed on SUNDAYS!!! They should’ve updated their hours on this.... waste of my time and my daughters time. Here’s picture so helps everyone to see..
Kind staff in and out quickly
One of the worst locations for your Healthcare needs guaranteed. Most staff are disgruntled, the doctors are next to impossible to get into, and when my family doctor resigned it took 4 months to establish care with a new doctor who turned out to be just a temp, so I'll have to repeat this process again. Look elsewhere if you can .
Cancelled my appointment but did not notify me. My doctor quit. They did not notify me. Will not refill my prescription until I see my dictor, who is no longer there. Time to find a new place. Would be worth driving to another city. Let my money go someplace besides Lompoc. By the way, I only gave 1 star because you cannot give less.
Being billed $300 for just going in, saying hi to a new doctor and letting them know about my past medical issues. Update: I complained to Sansum about this issue and was give $80 off my bill. They said that the past medical issues were considered actual reasons for why I went in and not to established as a new patient.(Example: Use to get random Leg Muscle pulls.)
