I booked a follow up appointment in October 2022 for “next year January” when I arrived at my appointment in January 2023 I was told it was a 2024 appointment. I didn’t think a follow up appointment booked for over a year later was reasonable and at the minimum having it clarified when I booked would have been appropriate. Dr.Holderness was a great doctor however.
The technicians are very good. The front desk people are very good. The doctors are good. The time lapse from initial call , to actually seeing a doctor is very bad. If you have to see a specialist , the wait time is horrendous.
