Highly organized team, pleased with service, great job from all.
Would not recommend. The front desk is not friendly and its pretty clear that they don't want to be there and they don't really care about your problem(s). Pretty shitty experience, you'd expect to be welcomed and treated with some degree of sensitivity at a doctors office. I've encountered more friendly workers at the DMV.
The person at the front desk her attitude came off really rude, and she seemed snooty with me, i literally told her I was driving and had missed the phone call, which I was fine with the spots no longer available but her attitude was nasty. Please train your front office staff better
Excellent experience with Dr. McCaffrey and Jamie Monroe, PA. They talked me through every step of the in-office procedure; Jamie was particularly gentle and expert at scoping. Great bedside manner; I felt comfortable and reassured. Follow-up care was thorough, and I felt like they prioritized my recovery.
Great experience. Easy to schedule appointment. Short wait in waiting room and PA quickly diagnosed problem and took care of it so that I could fly without concern to Europe. Thank you.
