I have been going back to Sansone for the same problem and they put parts in my vehicle but the same problem keep existing. I have brought the car back today 11/15/24 for the same problem that I have been having in April 2024. I am so disappointed in Sansone for work performance- they charge me and now Im back for the same problem.
Steer clear. The sales, across all brands here, unfortunately, is riddled with unethical practices. While some salespeople are genuinely helpful and prioritize your best interests, many others are, to put it bluntly, sleazy and unscrupulous. They'll employ high-pressure tactics, make misleading claims, and even outright lie just to close a deal. It's a sad reality, but one that consumers need to be aware of. I've always avoided coming here because they overprice everything. But went there to get a rim fixed and they broke my TPMS and told me that I needed to fix it. I didn't realize what it was that needed to be "fixed" until I changed my tire the next day. Then the smug director got the nerve to be cocky and say, "What're you gonna do about it?" Like what? I had a scheduled service appointment for a 2020 Jeep Cherokee on On Wednesday, 7/31/24 @7:30 to diagnose a check engine light. 5 days & multiple phone calls later I still do not have an a diagnosis on my vehicle. This Company submitted a car loan in my names from several credit financially companies. EX: Nissan Motor ************************* Americredit, Chase and ******, with out my permission or Authorization. My credit scores has dropped. This has caused me loss of Apartments.
The service department has been extremely disappointing. After taking my Grand Cherokee in three times to get it fixed, they still haven't been able to figure out the problem. On my most recent visit, they assured me that the Jeep was fixed, only for it to have starter problems that very evening. In less than 10 months I have delt with the following: 1. new lease has broken down twice because of fuel injections issues. 2. I have paid for two tows out of pocket they were dispatched using their app (so no towing isn't always free) 3. they do not always reimburse towing expense they only do it one time and they call it a courtesy 4. I was put in an unsafe loaner vehicle that would not shut off. 5. Communication with the service center is terrible. They sent my car to **** dealership and they did not fix it. It took more then 2 months and I have been out of a car. They want me to pay to fix the car when I just started financing the car. I would never go back to them again and Im warning you to never go there. They lied to me and then do not communicate I would give it 0 stars if I can
