So much for customer safety! Here are pictures from today with no one wearing masks! The guy at the computer is vaping. These guys are getting in our cars and are completely disregarding our safety! Additionally, they are currently holding my girlfriend’s car hostage. It has been in there for a month. They won’t release it to us. Paid for CPO car. They hand me one FOB. I ask for the other - they only got one from previous owner. I explained it’s not my problem. Salesman got owner approval and told me he’d set up a service appt to program a new FOB. I show up the next week and no appt was made by salesman. Make an appt for the following week and say I’ll purchase a third while I’m at it. Go back next week and get new FOBs. One of the FOBs has a weak battery and only works inside car. Over the weekend I wrote a review based on an unpleasant experience at Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall. Within moments of expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a call directly from Paul Sansone asking me to come in and speak with him directly. His rapid response, and genuine concern led me back today. Went in today to buy a Sorento we leased 3 years ago. We’ll be turning the vehicle in on Wednesday when the lease reaches term. George “Hollywood” Haley who represented Sansone, seemed dismayed that we weren’t interested in paying $9,000 more than the MSRP shown 3 years ago, adding that the price was non-negotiable... take it or leave it! I was shopping around before I found this place and nobody helped me as much as they did. Their staff is very welcoming and do care about both your finances and preferences. This was my very first lease and Gavin walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend it.

Very unprofessional. So I was dealing with someone name Stacy who I gave all my information to. They ran my credit and I have not heard anything from them. How do you run somebody credit then not at least give a simple phone call to inform of ANYTHING. I would never recommend anybody to this place. They are truly FULL OF IT.
