Good diverse range of furniture styles available. I found the perfect coffee and lamp tables plus a beautiful modern outdoor setting perfect for my deck. Lynne was warm and friendly and very helpful sourcing additional pieces.
Deeply dissatisfied with the poor service provided by Furniture One Batemans Bay. I purchased a new lounge and paid for delivery, yet the item was simply dumped in my lounge room. No unpacking, no assembly, and no removal of packaging. The delivery staff left immediately, leaving the entire job to me. I am now forced to spend my own valuable time—time I would much prefer to use on things I actually enjoy—doing work that any reputable retailer would consider a basic part of their delivery service. Bec went beyond helpful to satisfy our requirement for a recliner, she was very cheerful & knew her stuff excellent customer service. It was great that we were able to support local businesses in the Bay . Well done Bec & the boys who delivered our recliner.
