What a pleasant experience shopping at Sansoms. Greeted by smiling, friendly staff then we were assisted by Lynne who was so helpful. Her knowledge was excellent, knew her product well. Nothing was too much trouble, moving other furniture around to show us the sofa bed extended. Showed and explained the different options- no pressure. Great store made better by Lynne who provides very knowledge advice, is very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Furniture is very competitively priced, deliveries are prompt and on time. Have purchased before and will again.
